Motion by the appellant, in effect, to hold in abeyance an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 2, 2015, pending determination of two related appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeal is held in abeyance pending determination of the appeals under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2014-05039 and 2015-00408, and the appellant shall either perfect or withdraw the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-08927 within 60 days after determination of those appeals.
