Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled actions pending hearing and determination of appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, three entered October 15, 2015, and one entered January 28, 2016, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled actions is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2015-12271, 2015-12274, 2016-02131 is denied as unnecessary as those appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-12269 with the other appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
