ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 24, 2016, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered May 30, 2014, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated September 16, 2015, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the word "appellant," and substituting therefor the word "respondent."
