Motion by Gloria Brown for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 11, 2016, to stay her eviction from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
