DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by respondent to expand the record on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered June 11, 2014, to include a letter from the Suffolk County Department of Probation to the Suffolk County District Court, dated March 26, 2015, and the minutes of appellant's resentencing on April 20, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant may, within 21 days from the date of this decision and order on motion, serve and file a supplemental brief with respect to the issues raised by the resentencing; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that respondent's time to serve and file a respondent's brief is enlarged to 14 days after appellant's supplemental brief is due to be served and filed pursuant to this decision and order on motion.
