DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2015-1342 W CR
The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Keisha Graham, Appellant.

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Mount Pleasant, Westchester County, rendered April 2, 2015, to compel the Justice Court to file a return in response to appellant's affidavit of errors.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, as the issue raised in the affidavit of errors has been rendered moot.

The sole issue raised in the affidavit of errors is that appellant was promised concurrent six-month terms and was instead sentenced to consecutive six-month terms. This issue has been rendered moot since appellant has served the sentence.
