Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 13, 2015, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated September 24, 2015, and extended by decision and order on motion of this court dated December 29, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the stay is extended only on condition that within 14 days of the date of this decision and order on motion appellant perfect the appeal. In the event that the appeal is not perfected within those 14 days, the stay is vacated.
