DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered July 16, 2014, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated January 7, 2016, and for leave to prosecute the appeal on a stipulated, reproduced record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and upon the stipulation of the parties, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to continue the stay is granted on condition that appellant perfect the appeal by June 3, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking leave to prosecute the appeal on a stipulated, reproduced record is denied, and the parties are directed to move expeditiously in the Civil Court to reconstruct the record.
