DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Jerron Baird, Appellant.

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered July 19, 2015, for leave to reargue the branch of his prior motion which sought the assignment of counsel, which prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated October 19, 2015, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking leave to reargue is granted and, upon reargument, the determination in the order dated October 19, 2015 of the above-stated branch of appellant's prior motion is adhered to; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by June 3, 2016.
