| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to substitute White & Wolnerman, PLLC, for Conway Business Law Group, P.C., as counsel on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 7, 2015, to withdraw the appeal, and for an award of costs and an attorney's fee against former counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to substitute White & Wolnerman, PLLC, for Conway Business Law Group, P.C., as counsel and to withdraw the appeal are granted, and the appeal is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
