ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 5, 2016, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 4, 2013, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated May 10, 2013, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "the papers filed in opposition," and substituting therefor the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation."
