| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to be provided with "legal information concerning [his] apartment," the "exact[] amount of [his] exemption as a homeowner," and "the records of [his] apartment since 2006," on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 14, 2015. Cross motion by the respondent, inter alia, to preclude the appellant from making further motions concerning the order entered October 14, 2015, without prior written consent of the Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until May 27, 2016, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
