DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Renewed motion by the appellant pro se for poor person relief and for the assignment of counsel on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 31, 2015. Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 3, 2016, which denied the appellant's motion, inter alia, for poor person relief and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until June 27, 2016, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
