| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to strike the respondent's brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 5, 2014, on the ground that the brief was not signed by the respondent's attorney in accordance with 22 NYCRR 670-1.1(a)(a).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before April 25, 2016, the respondent shall provide the Clerk of the Court with one original and eight copies of the respondent's brief signature page signed by the respondent's attorney in accordance with 22 NYCRR 670-1.1(a)(a), and the motion is otherwise denied.
