ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 6, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 27, 2010, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof Indictment No. "2897/05" and substituting therefor Indictment No. "2879/05."
