Motion by the appellants on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 17, 2015, and January 19, 2016, respectively, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Separate motion by the appellants to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals can be consolidated as or right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c]).
