Motion by the appellants-respondents, inter alia, to recall and vacate so much of an order of this Court dated March 10, 2016, entitled "In the Matter of Dismissal of Causes for Failure to Perfect - January 2016 Calendar," as dismissed their appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 8, 2015, to reinstate the appeal, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
