Motion by Sarah Kirsch to consolidate appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, two dated October 16, 2015, and one dated November 5, 2015, respectively, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as the orders are not appealable as of right (see CPLR 5701[3][b][1]), and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
