DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

1057 Jefferson, LLC, Respondent, v Julia McRae and Lee McRae, Appellants.

Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 3, 2015. The order granted a motion by Lee McRae to, in effect, stay the execution of the warrant only to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant to June 20, 2015.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that so much of the appeal as was taken by appellant Julia McRae is dismissed, as said appellant is not aggrieved by the order; and it is further,

ORDERED that the remainder of the appeal is dismissed, as by superseding order dated October 7, 2015, execution of the warrant was further stayed to October 31, 2015.
