Motion by respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered September 30, 2013.

ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed within 10 days from the date of this order; and it is further,
