Appeal by the defendants 19407 Linden, LLC, also known as 194-07 Linden, LLC, Chi Chi's A Salon for Women, Inc., Ali Abdullah Sadiq, and Ellen Sadiq from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered May 23, 2013. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 7, 2015, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until June 22, 2015. The appeal has not been perfected.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]), and prior orders of this Court.
