DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Spencer Lader for leave to reargue his prior motion for reinstatement, which was determined by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 17, 2015, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order dated December 17, 2015. Mr. Lader was admitted to Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 23, 1977. By order to show cause dated March 23, 1982, Mr. Lader was suspended from the practice of law pending outcome of the disciplinary proceeding. By opinion and order of this Court dated November 22, 1982, Mr. Lader was disbarred upon his resignation and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 7, 2011, Mr. Lader's first motion for reinstatement was denied. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 8, 2012, Mr. Lader's motion for reargument his first motion for reinstatement, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the New York Court of Appeals was denied. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 17, 2015, Mr. Lader's second motion for reinstatement was denied.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
