Appeal by Sobir T. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 2, 2015. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 24, 2016, the appellant was directed to file in the office of the Clerk of this Court an affidavit or affirmation containing certain information on or before March 25, 2016. The appellant has failed to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 24, 2016.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 24, 2016 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]).
