Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 18, 2016, for leave to reargue the branch of its prior motion which was pursuant to CPLR 5518 to modify a preliminary injunction, which was determined by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 18, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
