DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Joint motion by Susan Hito Shapiro, as successor executor of the estate of Sonya Shapiro, to be substituted for the deceased defendant Sonya Shapiro, and by Susan Hito Shapiro and Benjamin Ostrer, as co-executors of the estate of Milton B. Shapiro, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Milton B. Shapiro on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated February 11, 2014, and appeals from two orders of the same court both dated February 21, 2012, and to amend the caption accordingly.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, Susan Hito Shapiro, as successor executor of the estate of Sonya Shapiro, is substituted for the deceased defendant Sonya Shapiro, and Susan Hito Shapiro and Benjamin Ostrer, as co-executors of the estate of Milton B. Shapiro, are substituted for the deceased appellant Milton B. Shapiro, and the caption is amended accordingly.
