Motion by the respondent-appellant pro se to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 31, 2015, which, inter alia, dismissed appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Queens County, one dated March 12, 2014, and two dated September 24, 2014, respectively, for failure to communicate with assigned counsel, to reinstate the appeals, and to assign counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
