| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Joint motion by Susan Hito Shapiro, as successor executor of the estate of Sonya Shapiro, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Sonya Shapiro, and by Susan Hito Shapiro and Benjamin Ostrer, as co-executors of the estate of Milton B. Shapiro, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Milton B. Shapiro on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated May 19, 2014, to amend the caption accordingly, and to enlarge the time to perfect that appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that Susan Hito Shapiro, as successor executor of the estate of Sonya Shapiro, is substituted for the deceased appellant Sonya Shapiro, and Susan Hito Shapiro and Benjamin Ostrer, as co-executors of the estate of Milton B. Shapiro, are substituted for the deceased appellant Milton B. Shapiro, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until May 12, 2016, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
