| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Shau Chung Hu to enlarge the record on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 14, 2015, and an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated August 12, 2015, to include certain documents. Application by 973 44th Street Realty LLC, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the time of 973 44th Street Realty LLC, to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 23, 2016, and the brief of 973 44th Street Realty LLC, must be served and filed on or before that date.
