DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated September 14, 1998 (People v Washington, 253 AD2d 777), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 22, 1995. The prior application was determined by decision and order of this Court dated December 30, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
