Appellants K.C. Masonry, Inc., Camden Central School District, and Bovis Lend Lease LMB, Inc. having moved for an extension of time to perfect their appeals taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on August 10, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Kathleen C. Sassani, Esq., dated April 8, 2016, the affirmation of Patrick M. Caruana, Esq., dated April 8, 2016, and the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motions are granted, and appellants K.C.
