Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to reinstate appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated July 21, 2014, January 29, 2015, and June 29, 2015, respectively, which were marked withdrawn by orders on application of this Court dated October 8, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
