Motion by Yaron Hershco, United Property Group, LLC, United Homes, LLC, and Galit Network, LLC, to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered March 27, 2015, and to calendar that appeal together with an appeal from an order of the same court entered August 20, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal from the order entered March 27, 2015, is enlarged until May 23, 2016, and the record or appendix and the brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
