| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 8, 2015, inter alia, to direct the respondent's counsel to release certain support payments held in escrow and to hold the respondent in civil contempt with respect to a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 1, 2015, which stayed enforcement of the order entered September 8, 2015. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 4, 2016, the matter was remitted to the Supreme Court, Nassau County, to hear and report on whether the respondent should be held in civil contempt with respect to the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 1, 2015, and the appellant's motion was held in abeyance in the interim.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the report of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 21, 2016, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
