Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of time to serve and file briefs in response to the briefs of the amicus curiae on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 29, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the respondent's time to serve and file briefs in response to the briefs of the amicus curiae is enlarged until May 23, 2016, the respondent's briefs in response to the briefs of the amicus curiae must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
