| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to be provided with the transcript of the minutes of the grand jury proceedings on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered November 14, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the respondent shall file the transcript of the minutes of the grand jury proceedings with the Clerk of this Court, under seal, for in camera review by the panel of Justices assigned to hear the appeal, at the time that the respondent files a brief, and those minutes shall remain sealed upon filing, and the motion is otherwise denied.
