| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated February 19, 2016, in the above-entitled appeal by Renata Martello from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 14, 2015, is amended by deleting the decretal paragraph thereof and substituting therefor the following decretal paragraph:
"ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until March 17, 2016, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date."
