| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered December 16, 2014, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 23, 2016, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date
ORDERED that on or before May 23, 2016, the respondent may serve and file a supplemental record containing Exhibits E and F annexed to the affirmation of Ellis M. Oster, dated October 20, 2014, consisting of the order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 18, 2013, and the order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 24, 2014, with notice of entry of that order, as well as affidavit of service of the notice of entry.
