| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enlarge the record on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered December 18, 2014, to include certain documents. Separate motions by the respondent Town of Yorktown Zoning Board of Appeals and the respondent Faith Bible Church, inter alia, to strike the appellant's reply brief on the ground that it refers to matter dehors the record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the appellant is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the separate motions by the respondent Town of Yorktown Zoning Board of Appeals and the respondent Faith Bible Church are granted, the appellant's reply brief is stricken, and on or before May 23, 2016, the appellant may serve and file a replacement reply brief.
