Motion by the petitioner to waive the filing fee for commencing an original proceeding in this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, on the ground that this Court does not have original jurisdiction to review determinations of counsel to a grievance committee (see Matter of Taylor v Adler, 73 AD3d 937).
