DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION . t.

Motion by the attorney for the children to be relieved on appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated April 5, 2013, and June 26, 2014, respectively, and for the assignment of new counsel. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 1, 2015, the following named attorney was assigned as attorney for the children:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as the attorney for the children on the appeals and cross appeals:

and it is further,

ORDERED that the attorney for the children's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 23, 2016, and the attorney for the children's brief must be served and filed on or before that date
