Motion by the appellant to extend the time to move for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered May 8, 2013, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated February 24, 2016.

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant's time to serve and file a motion for leave to reargue is extended until May 25, 2016.
