DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Adam Lieberman for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 1, 2016, and, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Separate motion by Hannah Lieberman for poor person relief and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by Adam Lieberman is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the motion according to the terms of the order to show cause; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by Hannah Lieberman is denied.
