DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay an arbitration proceeding between the parties pending in the American Arbitration Association as Case No. 01-15-0006-1224, including the obligation to submit an arbitrator selection list or otherwise participate in the arbitration process, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated February 11, 2016, and February 19, 2016, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and all proceedings in the arbitration proceeding between the parties pending in the American Arbitration Association as Case No. 01-15-0006-1224, including the obligation to submit an arbitrator selection list or otherwise participate in the arbitration process, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition that the appeals are perfected on or before May 25, 2016; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected on or before May 25, 2016, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice.
