It is Ordered that defendant-appellant's motion is granted without opposition and the Commissioner of Finance of the City of New York is directed to release and pay to plaintiff, Barbara Townsend, the sum of $544.93, and to release and pay to defendant, Eastchester Heights, LP, the remaining sum of $222.75.
