ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated March 28, 2016, in the above-entitled appeal by David D. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 25, 2014, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "April 20, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "April 21, 2016."
