DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Edwin Lorenzo, Jr., for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated April 11, 2016, to consolidate that appeal with appeals from two orders of the same court dated September 25, 2015, and December 22, 2015, to stay enforcement of the order dated April 11, 2016, and direct his release from incarceration pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matters pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied as unnecessary as the order is appealable as of right; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
