DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2014-1218 K C
Raymond M. Weinstein as the Administrator of the Estate of John Holub, Appellant, v Cadman Towers, Inc., Respondent.

Appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 17, 2014. In an order dated September 5, 2014, the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, found that letters of administration had been issued to Raymond M. Weinstein solely for the purpose of continuing a proceeding before the New York State Division of Human Rights, and that the limited letters of administration that had been issued to Raymond M. Weinstein had been revoked.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, as the notice of appeal filed by Raymond M. Weinstein purportedly as administrator of the estate of John Holub is a nullity.
