ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 18, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 2, 2015, is amended by adding to the last paragraph thereof, following the words "the respondents' time to serve and file a brief," the words "in response to the brief filed by the appellant Joseph N. Annichiarico."
