Appeal, by permission, from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated July 27, 2015. The Supreme Court, Dutchess County, vacated the order dated July 27, 2015, by order dated January 15, 2016.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated July 27, 2015 is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that it has been rendered academic by the order dated January 15, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that the stay granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 25, 2015, is vacated forthwith.
