Motion by David B. Berkowitz and Susan M. Berkowitz Johnson, as administrators of the estate of Lori B. Lax, to be substituted for the deceased respondent-appellant, Lori Berkowitz Lax, on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, dated December 23, 2013, and to add Lori B. Lax Revocable Trust as a party respondent.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, David B. Berkowitz and Susan M. Berkowitz Johnson, as administrators of the estate of Lori B. Lax, are substituted for the deceased respondent-appellant, Lori Berkowitz Lax, Lori B. Lax Revocable Trust is added as a party respondent, and the caption is amended accordingly.
